LG range or oven self-clean will not start or finish

LG range or oven self-clean will not start or finish: door closure, latch, control state and excessive soil should be checked before using the high-temperature cycle again. Scoped to LREL6325F.

LG's LREL6325 Self Clean offers three cycle lengths: press Self Clean once for four hours (moderate soil), twice for five hours (heavy) and three times for three hours (light), then START. Take out the racks, broiler pan, grid and any foil first, open a window or run the hood fan, wipe up heavy spills and make sure the oven light cover is in place. It will not start if the controls are locked, or if the oven is too hot, and you cannot open the door until it cools. An F code and three long beeps mean the cycle malfunctioned.

Foil rules
Never line the oven bottom or walls with foil, which melts and can ruin the finish. Wrap food in foil, or put foil on a sheet pan on a lower rack, but keep it off the heating elements and away from the racks' air flow.
