Why doesn't my Garmin Forerunner 265 show maps like the 965?+
The Forerunner 265 does not include full onboard topographic maps — that is a feature of the step-up Forerunner 965 and the fēnix/epix lines. The 265 focuses on running metrics and can show a simple breadcrumb trail of your route, but not full navigable maps. So the absence of maps is the model's design tier, not a fault or a missing download.
