Use HE detergent in the right amount, since too much creates suds that trigger errors and leave residue. The TCL code means it is time for a tub clean cycle, not a fault. Level the machine, keep the door open between washes to prevent odors and unplug the washer for a minute to reset the controls. ThinQ Wi-Fi connects on 2.4 GHz only.
LG washers use IE, OE, UE, dE and LE for the common faults: water that is not entering, not draining, an unbalanced load, an open door and a motor that cannot turn. A UE code usually responds to rebalancing the load; an OE code to the drain filter.
