• Cooktop — ELECTRIC radiant smoothtop
  A smooth radiant ELECTRIC cooktop: the elements glow under the glass and heat the pan by contact, so they stay hot after turning off (residual-heat 'H' indicator) and work with any flat-bottomed cookware. A burner not heating is the element or the control, not cookware type.
• Oven — electric
  Electric oven with convection on most builds. No-heat on an electric oven is the bake/broil element or the control; a slow preheat is often a weak bake element (visible break/blister).
• Self-clean & features
  Steam or high-heat self-clean; during high-heat self-clean the door locks and some smoke/smell is normal. Air Fry on many models. Wi-Fi (SmartThings) on smart builds.
• Oven range and racks
  Baking from 175 F to 550 F on two racks with stops, with convection baking and roasting, and Air Fry (the tray is sold separately).
• Cooktop
  A glass-ceramic surface with radiant elements, dual-element controls for the front left and right, a warming center, and a hot-surface indicator that stays lit until the unit cools to about 150 F.
• Other functions
  Bread Proof, Keep Warm for up to 3 hours, Sabbath mode and Delay Start, plus a storage drawer below the oven.
• Smart features and code
  Wi-Fi through SmartThings with Alexa, Google Assistant and Bixby control. The manual names C-31, an abnormal temperature rise, as a service call.
