- Cleaner head care
- The Laser Slim Fluffy head has a washable brush bar: push the end cap up to unlock it, pull the bar out, rinse it under running water and stand it upright for at least 24 hours before refitting. Do not wash the end cap. The High Torque head with anti-tangle comb is not washable: unlock the end cap with a coin, clear hair and fibers and wipe with a damp lint-free cloth. The Hair screw tool opens with the red lever and base plate and is only wiped over. Wipe the laser lens with a soft dry lint-free cloth when the head is off the machine.

- Before vacuuming, check that the underside of the head or tool is clean and free of objects that could damage floors, and check the flooring maker's advice for rugs and carpets.
