What is true of this model and changes how you fix it
These are the properties that decide which procedure applies. Each is read from the manufacturer’s own published figures for this model, not carried over from a sibling that shares its retail name.
- Wi-Fi 6E tri-band MESH
- A Wi-Fi 6E (AXE) eero mesh adding 6 GHz. Units cover a large home; a weak room means a node is too far. 6 GHz needs Wi-Fi 6E/7 clients.
- eero is app-only + auto-updates
- Managed through the eero app (no web admin), auto-updating, with TrueMesh auto-routing. It is 6E, not Wi-Fi 7.
- Mesh backhaul
- A node offline is usually power or weak backhaul — place within range or use Ethernet backhaul.

Each answer below uses this model’s own published figures. The same question asked about a different model in the line has a different answer, which is why it is answered here rather than on a general page.
My eero Pro 6E node keeps going offline.+
Check the node's light and the eero app. A node with no light has lost power (check the outlet/adapter). A node the app shows as offline or with a weak connection has a backhaul problem — move it closer to another eero (roughly within a room or two) or connect it by Ethernet for a wired backhaul, which is the most reliable. eero auto-updates, so also make sure an update did not leave it mid-reboot; give it a few minutes.
