My UniFi Switch Pro Max PoE devices keep dropping.+
The most likely cause on a PoE switch is the power budget — every PoE device (access points, cameras) draws from a shared wattage total, and if the sum exceeds the switch's PoE budget, devices drop or fail to power up when several draw at once. Add up the PoE draw versus the switch's budget in the UniFi Network application and reduce load or use higher-budget power. Otherwise a dropping device is a cable/port or firmware issue. The switch has no Wi-Fi and does no routing, so those are not factors.
