Fitbit trackers and smartwatches cellular service is not working

Fitbit trackers and smartwatches (Charge 5 and 6, Inspire 3, Luxe, Sense 2, Versa 4 and Ace LTE) cellular service is not working: carrier plan/provisioning, number sharing, coverage, line state and software should be separated. Scoped to Charge 6 G3MP5 (GA05184 and GA05183 are colorway SKUs, not the model), with the Charge 5 FB421, Inspire 3 FB424, Luxe FB422, Sense 2 FB521, Versa 4 FB523 and Ace LTE G4SKY in the model notes.

The Fitbit Ace LTE is the only Fitbit in this group with a cellular radio, and its own help site covers the fix. If a child's Ace LTE is not reachable, check Airplane Mode is off, that the watch is on the wrist because it turns down connections when off the wrist for a while, and whether it can join a Wi-Fi network. Then check LTE: long press the top button, Settings, Connectivity, Wi-Fi, Turn Wi-Fi Off to prioritize LTE, wait 2 minutes and look at Settings, Connectivity, Mobile, SIM Status, Network state for Connected.

Check coverage on Google's coverage map for 4G. Calls and messages need an active Ace Pass data plan, a working Wi-Fi or LTE connection, Airplane mode off, Private DNS set to Automatic, Mobile set to Automatic, Do Not Disturb off and contacts added in the Fitbit Ace app; calling is disabled during School Time or with no active plan. If it still fails, factory reset from the watch (Settings, System, Disconnect and reset) or the Fitbit Ace app, and reconnect.
