My GE GDF650 isn't cleaning the top rack.+

Usually the upper spray arm. Check it spins freely and its holes are clear, and make sure tall items on the bottom rack are not blocking it or the water feed to it. Clean the filter, scrape (do not pre-rinse) dishes, use fresh detergent, and run the sink hot before starting. Overloading the top rack so water cannot reach every surface is a common cause too.
