Type — LAUNDRY CENTER (washer + dryer in one)
This is not a standalone washer: the FLCE is a LAUNDRY CENTER — a top-load washer and an electric dryer stacked in one cabinet with a single control panel. Identify whether a fault is in the washer or the dryer half first; a control or power problem can affect both, and the shared panel shows codes for either.
Washer half
The washer is a top-loader with an AGITATOR and a MaxFill option for maximum water level on selected cycles. Loading and agitator advice are as for any agitator top-loader.
Dryer half

The washer works but the dryer doesn't on my Frigidaire laundry center.+

A laundry center is two machines in one cabinet, so one half can work while the other does not. Treat the dryer on its own: clean the lint screen, confirm the vent duct is clear (a blocked vent is the top 'not drying' cause), and for an electric dryer check it has power on both legs of its 240V circuit — a tripped half-breaker runs the drum but gives no heat. The washer below is unaffected by the dryer's problem.
