My Bose Bass Module 700 isn't producing bass.+
It only works when wirelessly paired to a compatible Bose soundbar, so confirm in the Bose Music app that it is added and shows connected, and that it has power. If it is paired but weak, raise the bass level in the app and check placement — a corner boosts bass, open floor is flatter. A module that will not pair at all usually needs to be reset and re-added, and kept within wireless range of the soundbar.
Can the Bass Module 700 work with any soundbar?+
No. Bose lists the soundbars it adds to, and it will not pair with other makers' bars.
