First check the audio balance slider in your phone's accessibility settings — it affects everything and is easy to nudge off-center. Then make sure both earcups are charged and the headphones are fully updated in the Bose app. If one side still cuts out on every source, it points to a hardware fault (an internal connection), which Bose service handles.
