How do I install a Windows program on my Acer Chromebook Plus?+

You can't — a Chromebook runs ChromeOS, not Windows, so Windows programs (.exe files) will not install or run on it at all. That is by design, not a fault. Instead, use the web version of the app in the Chrome browser, install the Android app from the Google Play Store, or (for advanced users) enable the Linux environment for certain Linux apps. If you specifically need Windows software, a Chromebook is the wrong device; it is built around web and Android apps.
