My Acer Swift Go 14 gets warm and slows during heavy tasks.+
Thin ultrabooks like the Swift Go have limited cooling, so under sustained heavy work (long exports, many browser tabs plus video) they warm up and throttle to stay cool — brief tasks stay snappy. That is expected for the form factor, not a fault. Keep it on a hard surface with clear vents, use a Performance power mode in Windows/Acer's software when plugged in, and close heavy background apps. For sustained heavy workloads, a thicker laptop with more cooling is the tool.
