The first group is the games you play weekly, which should stay on the fastest storage. The second is the games you play now and then, which belong on a microSD card.

Before you delete anything permanent, remember that save data belongs to a different list from the games, and only Nintendo's cloud backup, included with a Nintendo Switch Online membership, can bring a deleted save back.
