My Sony A90J doesn't have VRR for gaming.+

The A90J launched without VRR and received it in a later firmware update, so the fix is almost always to update the TV: Settings › System › About › System software update. After updating, enable VRR in the game/HDMI settings and connect the console to HDMI 3 or 4 (the two HDMI 2.1 ports). If VRR still will not appear after the update, confirm the source is set to output it.
