So GPS-accuracy issues depend on carrying the phone, and voice/cellular/ECG symptoms do not apply.
Connected GPS only: For mapped/outdoor workouts it relies on the phone's GPS, so you must carry the phone for distance/route accuracy — without the phone, distance is estimated from motion, which is less accurate.
Long battery: Because it is simple (no onboard GPS, no bright screen driving), battery lasts up to ~10 days — a short runtime is unusual and worth checking against always-on settings.

My Fitbit Inspire 3 running distance is inaccurate.+

The Inspire 3 has no built-in GPS — it uses your phone's GPS (connected GPS), so for accurate outdoor distance and route you must carry your phone with you and keep the Fitbit app permitted to use location. Without the phone, it estimates distance from your arm motion and stride, which is far less accurate. So carry the phone for GPS workouts; the band itself cannot track location on its own.
