My LG DLHC5502 heat-pump dryer takes forever / clothes come out warm not hot.+
That is normal for a heat-pump dryer. It dries at a much lower temperature than a vented dryer to save energy, so clothes feel warm rather than hot and cycles legitimately take longer. If drying is getting worse over time, clean the lint filters every load (there are usually two) and check the condenser — lint buildup there is the top cause. Also confirm the condensate drain or water tank is clear, since a full tank halts the cycle. There is no vent to check, because it is ventless.
