  ELECTRIC vented dryer (DLEX prefix) on 240V. No heat with the drum still turning is often a half-tripped double breaker — reset both halves before suspecting the element or thermal fuse. The exhaust vent must be clear.

  A clogged lint screen or blocked exhaust duct is the top cause of long drying and overheating — clean the screen every load and the duct regularly.
