A flashing clock colon on an LREL6325 means the range has just been plugged in or lost power; press Clock and key the time on the number pad, then START, or press any key to stop the flashing. The Timer On/Off button is separate from cooking: press it once for hours and minutes or twice for minutes and seconds, key the length, and press it again to start. Delayed cooking uses Start Time and needs the clock correct first. The clock cannot be changed during a timed bake or Self Clean.

Model-specific
What is true of this model and not of its siblings
- Settings menu
- Press Settings repeatedly: 12 or 24 hour clock, Avto (convection auto conversion, which subtracts 25 °F), AdJU (thermostat, up to 35 °F either way), PrE (preheat alarm light), 8EEP (beeper Hi, Lo or OFF) and UNit (F or C). Press START to accept each change.
- Lock Out
- Hold CLEAR/OFF for three seconds. A melody plays, Loc may show and the lock icon blinks until the door is locked. The Lock Out does not disable the timer or oven light; on this model it also locks the oven door. Hold CLEAR/OFF three seconds again to unlock.
- Oven ranges
- Bake runs 170 to 550 °F (default 350). Conv. Bake and Conv. Roast run 300 to 550 °F and auto-convert by 25 °F. Broil is Lo or Hi. Air Fry runs 300 to 550 °F (default 400). Warm holds up to 3 hours.
- Cooking modes
- The LREL6325 offers Bake, Conv. Bake, Conv. Roast, Broil, Air Fry, Proof, Warm or Keep Warm, Frozen Meal, Slow Cook, Favorite cooks, Remote Start and Sabbath. LG lists defaults such as 350 °F for Bake, 400 °F for Air Fry and Frozen Meal, and 375 °F for the Bread favorite.
- Timed defaults
- Broil and Slow Cook run Lo or Hi with Hi as the default, Broil for up to 3 hours and Slow Cook for up to 12. Proof runs 12 hours, Warm up to 3 hours at 170 °F, Self Clean 3 to 5 hours with 4 as the default and EasyClean 10 minutes. Two short tones mean an entry is outside the allowed range.
- Broiling tips
- For a smoking broil LG says to preheat the broil element five to seven minutes if voltage is low, keep the meat away from the element, trim fat, and always put the grid on the broiler pan with ribs up and slots down. Foil on the grid must be slit and fitted as recommended.
