The Sanitize cycle on my LG WM4000 takes a very long time.+
That is expected. The Sanitize cycle heats the water well above a normal wash and holds it there long enough to meet the sanitizing standard, so it runs considerably longer than a regular cycle. It is not a fault or a stuck machine — it is the added heating and hold time doing the sanitizing.
Why is my LG WM4000 grinding?+
A trapped object, a worn bearing or an unlevel washer.
