Install the NVIDIA RTX Enterprise/Studio driver branch (Dell provides the ISV-certified version for the Precision), and check your app's list of certified driver versions. Also make sure the app is set to use the discrete NVIDIA GPU, not the integrated one. Certified drivers are the point of a workstation and fix most pro-app instability.
