HP OmniBook Ultra 14 troubleshooting

HP OmniBook Ultra 14 (14-fd0xxx): which OmniBook Ultra 14 (from HP Support and Tom's Hardware); HP support pages; the later Snapdragon model, and a fix for each symptom below.

  • Which OmniBook Ultra 14 (from HP Support and Tom's Hardware)
HP's support page for this hub is the 14-fd0000 generation. A later OmniBook Ultra 14 with a Snapdragon X2 Elite chip carries the same name, so a review or driver page for that one does not apply to a 14-fd0000.

Copilot+ AI features are missing on my HP OmniBook Ultra.+

Copilot+ PC features roll out through Windows updates and some are staged or region-limited, so even on capable hardware a specific feature (like Recall) may not have arrived yet or may need enabling. Make sure Windows is fully updated (Settings › Windows Update), sign in with a Microsoft account, and check the feature's availability for your region. The NPU hardware is present on the OmniBook Ultra; the software side is the usual reason a feature is not yet visible.
