What is true of this model and changes how you fix it
- Official specificationsIntel Core Ultra 7 155H (16 cores/22 threads, up to 4.8GHz). 14in 2.8K-3K (2880x1800) OLED multitouch, 48-120Hz, Gorilla Glass NBT. Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, 9MP IR camera, fingerprint reader. Weight 1.44kg / 3.2lbs.
- Tier — premium 2-in-1 CONVERTIBLE (Windows 11)A premium 14-inch Windows 11 convertible: the screen flips 360° into tablet, tent and stand modes, with a touchscreen (often OLED) and pen support. So tablet-mode and pen symptoms apply, unlike a standard laptop.
- Convertible modes & auto-rotateFolding it past the keyboard switches to tablet mode and disables the keyboard/trackpad — a 'keyboard stopped working' when folded is that mode, not a fault. Auto-rotate can be locked in the Action Center.
- PenSupports an active pen (tilt/pressure); a pen not working is usually a flat pen battery, an unpaired Bluetooth pen, or the wrong pen. USB-C/Thunderbolt ports.
- Ports and charger (from Notebookcheck and Windows Central)Two Thunderbolt 4 ports, a USB-A 3 Gen 2 and a headset jack. It charges from a 65 W USB-C charger, and the ports sit on the back corners of both sides.
- Battery68 Wh. Reviewers measured over 11 hours in a 4K video loop, which is short for an OLED laptop, and advise carrying the charger.
- Memory and storage16 or 32 GB of soldered LPDDR5, and a replaceable M.2 2280 SSD under the bottom panel.

Exact questions
Questions that only have an answer for the HP laptops (Spectre, ENVY, Pavilion Plus, OmniBook, EliteBook, ProBook, Victus and OMEN)
My HP Spectre x360 keyboard and trackpad stop working sometimes.+
That is the convertible design: when you fold the screen back past about 180° into tent, stand or tablet mode, Windows automatically disables the physical keyboard and trackpad so you do not press keys against a surface — it is not a fault. Fold it back into normal laptop mode and they return. If they are dead in laptop mode too, restart, update the HP drivers, and check Device Manager; a driver or a stuck tablet-mode state is the usual cause.
