Samsung dishwasher will not start or respond

Samsung dishwasher will not start or respond: prove power, door latch, control lock, delay and Start/Resume behavior first. Scoped to DW80B7070*.

If the Samsung DW80B7070 will not start, Samsung's troubleshooting table lists five causes. The door is not closed completely, and the upper rack is not properly joined to the duct nozzle or is crooked or unbalanced. The START button was not pressed: press START before closing the door, then close it within 3 seconds. The dishwasher does not operate at all: check the power cable, the water supply valve, the pressure between 20 and 120 psi, and a tripped circuit breaker. Or the control panel is locked: unlock the Control Lock. If a code appears on the display, use the information code table.
