Set the clock first. Open the Settings menu on the touch panel, choose the clock option and set the time, checking the 12-hour or 24-hour format. If the oven is connected to Wi-Fi, look for an option to set the time automatically from the network; turning it on lets the oven correct itself after an outage, and turning it off makes the oven keep the time you enter.

If the clock drifts or reverts after a day, the oven is probably losing power, so check the breaker and any switch that feeds it, and consider whether a household surge or a failing supply is the cause. A clock that flashes means the oven is waiting for you to set it. For timers, remember that the kitchen timer counts down and sounds an alert without turning an oven on or off, while a cook timer or a timed bake switches the oven off at the end.

If a timer never sounds, check that the tone volume is not muted in Settings and that the timer was started on the right oven; two ovens means two cavities to confuse. A timer that sounds early or late may follow a clock reset, so reset the clock first. If the time keeps being lost with steady power, or the panel ignores the settings, switch off at the breaker for a minute, restore power and try again, then quote CTD90DP2NS1 and the serial number when you contact Café support.
