  A 4-Door Flex French-door fridge with a convertible FlexZone drawer (switches between fridge and freezer). A 'freezer/fridge too warm in one drawer' can be the FlexZone set to the wrong mode — check its setting before treating it as a cooling fault.
• Ice & dispenser
  Dual Auto Ice Maker (cubed + Ice Bites) and, on Family-Hub builds, an internal dispenser; other builds have an external one. Ice/water problems trace to the water line, the filter (replace ~every 6 months) and the freezer temperature — a warm freezer will not make ice.
• Cooling
  Twin/Triple Cooling keeps the fridge and freezer on independent air paths, reducing odor transfer and holding humidity — so if only one compartment is warm, look at that compartment's air path and vents (often blocked by overpacking) rather than the whole system.
• Beverage Center
  Filtered water from an external dispenser and a built-in pitcher that refills automatically, which is where a water-flavor or slow-fill complaint usually starts.
