My Miele TwinDos washer isn't dosing detergent right.+
TwinDos doses automatically from two built-in cartridges (UltraPhase 1 and 2), so first check the cartridge levels and that TwinDos is switched on for the selected program — it can be turned off, in which case you would add detergent manually. TwinDos is calibrated for Miele's own UltraPhase detergents; substituting other products throws off the dosing. Run the TwinDos maintenance/priming step if a cartridge was just replaced.
