One half of my Samsung FlexWash works but the other doesn't.+
That is the nature of the FlexWash — it is two separate washers (a full front-load below, a small top-load above) in one cabinet, so one can fail while the other runs perfectly. Identify which one has the problem and troubleshoot only that washer: the top compartment is a small top-loader (load-size and drain), the main one is a standard front-loader (gasket, drain filter, balance). A shared power or control issue is the only thing that would affect both.
Why does one half of my FlexWash work and the other not?+
