Correct only the documented fault domain
Reversibleeufy's steps if the alert came the first time you used it: check the transmitting and receiving holes of the laser sensor and that the laser tube gives light, remove debris gently, confirm the laser rotates normally, and factory reset by holding the start/pause and home buttons for 10 to 15 seconds. If it came after a period of use: turn the lidar cover and lidar by hand to check for debris, clear any from the lidar drive belt, vacuum dust out of the lidar hole if you can, and flip the RoboVac over and tap and shake it a few times to dislodge debris from the drive belt. If that fails, eufy says to contact eufy support with a video showing the error and the laser's status.
