eufy RoboVac L70 and G series code error-s1-battery
The battery is not functioning properly. eufy says this could be caused by the state of the battery, since lithium-ion batteries generally have a recommended operating temperature of 0°C to 40°C (32°F to 104°F).
Power the RoboVac off, unplug the charging adapter at both ends and reconnect it to a different wall outlet, and confirm the power indicator on the base lights up.
eufy's steps: clean the pins on the base and on the bottom of the vacuum with a dry, clean cloth; put the RoboVac within 6 feet, facing the base, press the home button and let it dock on its own so the pins connect; then power it on and check it can complete a cleaning cycle. If the error persists, eufy says replacing the battery may fix it: for the G10, G20, G30, G40 and G+ series you can order one and follow eufy's replacement video, and for the L70 Hybrid you contact eufy to order it.
eufy RoboVac L70 and G series code error-s4-suction-fan
The suction fan is not functioning properly. eufy says this could be caused by debris stuck in the fan blades, when the filter is not installed correctly in the dust collector and debris is pulled into the fan.
Power the RoboVac off, remove the dust collector and filter and check that the filter was installed correctly.
eufy's steps: clean both the dust collector and the filter; if needed, inspect whether the suction inlet and fan blades are stuck with debris by holding the RoboVac suction-inlet down and shaking it to listen for rattling or debris falling out; refit the filter in the dust collector and the dust collector in the RoboVac until it is secure; then power on, place it on the base and start it to check the fault is gone. If it persists, eufy says to contact eufy support.
