Eufy RoboVac voice alerts and codes

Eufy RoboVac models speak numbered or spoken alerts, such as a wheel or sensor fault, and some show error codes in the Eufy app. Clear the usual causes first: empty the dust bin, clean the brush roll and side brush of hair, wipe the cliff sensors and make sure the wheels turn freely. Charging faults are the dock contacts and the power adapter. The model number is under the robot or in the app.

Eufy RoboVac models report faults with numbered errors on the app or by an audible message. Many of the common ones are mechanical: a side brush or roller wrapped in hair, a wheel that cannot turn, a bumper stuck in, or a cliff sensor reading a dark floor as a drop. Check the dust bin and filter, remove tangles, wipe the sensors and make sure the charging dock is plugged in and clear.

Models differ, so the page for your series lists the numbers Eufy publishes for it. Update the app and the robot's firmware, restart the robot by holding the power button, and keep the brushes and filter in good condition. A robot that will not charge after cleaning the contacts, or a motor that will not run, needs service.

What should I do first for an Eufy RoboVac error?

Turn the robot over and clear the brushes, wheels and sensors, then restart it and try a short clean.
