Is my older eero Pro still worth using?+
Yes for everyday use — the eero Pro (Wi-Fi 5) still covers a home and keeps getting eero software updates, and TrueMesh routing works well. Its limit is speed: as a Wi-Fi 5 system it will not match the throughput of Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 eeros on fast plans and modern devices, which is its generation, not a fault. If your internet is well under a gigabit and devices are typical, it remains perfectly serviceable; for gigabit-plus, a newer eero helps.
