Sensi smart thermostat code call-for-service-without-e5
The heating or cooling system is likely not responding as it should. Sensi lists heating and cooling issues, a thermostat that cannot switch modes, an inaccurate reading, and a wire in the L terminal as the causes.
Check whether the thermostat says heating while the room gets colder, or cooling while the room gets warmer.
Sensi's page separates the cases: for a heating or cooling problem it points to its articles on why heating or cooling is not turning on and on loss-of-heating and loss-of-cooling alerts. If you cannot switch modes or the set temperature keeps switching to 99F, contact Sensi support.
Sensi smart thermostat code no-wifi-icon
Sensi's manual lists three causes: low batteries, a common wire being required, or lost Wi-Fi credentials.
Look at the battery icon on the display.
Sensi's manual steps: replace the batteries if the battery icon shows low batteries; if Wi-Fi turns off after about two hours, the system is likely not providing a common path for power sharing, so add a common connection; and put the thermostat in Wi-Fi setup mode to reconnect if the credentials were lost.
Sensi smart thermostat code x-icon-wifi-not-connecting

Sensi's manual steps: retry with the correct password, reposition the router and turn off additional devices until the cause is isolated, power cycle the router off and on and check router compatibility at sensi.copeland.com using the recommended Wi-Fi settings, and check server status online.
