My Canon MegaTank G7020 prints faded even with ink in the tanks.+

MegaTank is still inkjet, so faded/streaked output with full tanks is a printhead clog — run the nozzle check, then Cleaning and Deep Cleaning from the menu/software, checking the pattern after each. Make sure the tanks were not run dry (air in the lines causes clogs) and the ink stopper/vent is set per the setup guide. A stubborn clog may need several cleans or a print-head soak. The tank system saves money but does not prevent clogs, so print regularly.
