• Official specifications
  15 ipm black / 10 ipm color, up to 4800x1200 dpi. 200-sheet total capacity (100 cassette + 100 rear feed). 4.3" LCD touchscreen. 4-in-1: print/copy/scan/fax with auto 2-sided printing.
• Type — INKJET all-in-one (print/scan/copy/fax)
  A compact home-office PIXMA inkjet AIO. Inkjet printheads CLOG if unused — faded/streaked/missing colors are usually a clog; run the printer's nozzle check and cleaning/deep-cleaning cycle. Print regularly to prevent it.
• Cartridges
  Uses Canon ink cartridges (a pigment black for text plus dye colors on many PIXMAs); a low/empty or wrong cartridge causes missing output. Reseat and remove the protective tape on new cartridges.
• Connectivity
  Wi-Fi/USB via the Canon PRINT/Canon app; 'offline' is usually a Wi-Fi drop or wrong queue (Canon printers also prefer 2.4 GHz).
• No photo blue
  It has no photo-blue slot, so instructions for a photo-blue cartridge written for other PIXMA models do not apply.
• Sizes
  Standard, XL and XXL sizes of the PGI-280 and CLI-281 cartridges fit it.
