Questions that only have an answer for the HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e
Each answer below uses this model’s own published figures. The same question asked about a different model in the line has a different answer, which is why it is answered here rather than on a general page.
My HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e keeps showing offline.+
'Offline' is usually a network or queue issue, not a broken printer. Confirm the printer is on your Wi-Fi (reconnect it via the HP Smart app; HP printers prefer the 2.4 GHz band, so a combined 2.4/5 GHz network name can trip setup). On the computer, remove any duplicate/paused printer queues and set the correct one as default, and turn off 'Use Printer Offline'. A router and printer restart, plus a static/reserved IP for the printer, prevents it dropping offline repeatedly.
Structured depth, not empty permutations
