- Slow file transfers over USB-CThe Pro models can move data at USB 3 speed, up to 10 Gb/s, but the braided cable in the box is USB 2, so a transfer to a computer crawls unless you use a USB 3 or Thunderbolt cable.
- The Action buttonIt replaces the mute switch. Out of the box it toggles Silent mode, and if the ringer seems stuck on or off, Settings, Action Button shows what it is set to do; a long press is the trigger, not a flick.
