Why does my Galaxy Note20 screen look less smooth than the Note20 Ultra?+
The standard Note20 has a flat 60 Hz display, while the Note20 Ultra has a 120 Hz curved screen — so scrolling looks less smooth on the base Note20 by design, not a fault. The Note20 also uses a plastic back rather than the Ultra's glass. Both have the built-in S Pen and its features. The smoothness difference is the hardware tier between the two Note20 models.
