Why does my Samsung Frame TV look dimmer or different in Art Mode?+
In Art Mode The Frame deliberately lowers its refresh rate (to around 60 Hz) and adjusts brightness with its light sensor to display artwork efficiently and reduce burn-in — so it looks different from full TV mode. That is intended behavior. The matte anti-glare screen also lifts apparent black levels compared with a glossy TV, which is part of the art-on-the-wall design rather than a fault.
