• Drying — auto-open door (Dynamic/Auto Dry)
  LG uses an auto-open door for drying: the door opens automatically at the end to release steam and let air in (LG's answer to Bosch AutoAir / Samsung AutoRelease). The door opening itself is intentional — do not push it shut during the dry phase. Rinse aid still helps plastics.
• Wash & motor
  QuadWash uses four spray arms for coverage, driven by a belt-less Inverter Direct Drive motor (10-year warranty), so wash-noise/vibration is the motor bearing or a blocked arm, not a belt. A 3rd rack and stainless tub.
• Filter & codes
  LG codes — OE drain (filter/hose), IE fill (water supply), LE motor. Filter and spray-arm clogs cause most poor-cleaning complaints.
• TrueSteam
  A steam cycle that helps remove food residue and reduce visible water spots by up to 60%.

  Height-adjustable for utensils and small cups, with a stainless steel tub and cutlery tray.
