What is true of this model and changes how you fix it
- Hardware — LG product page6.3 cu ft, ELECTRIC radiant cooktop, 5 elements (2 dual-zone), True Convection, InstaView window, AirFry, Wi-Fi/ThinQ.
- Cooktop — ELECTRIC radiant smoothtopA radiant ELECTRIC smoothtop — elements heat any flat pan by contact and stay hot after use (hot-surface indicator). A burner not heating is the element/control, not cookware type.
- Oven — electricElectric oven with LG's ProBake convection (a rear element/fan for even baking) and Air Fry on most builds. No-heat is the element or control.
- Self-clean & featuresEasyClean (low-temp steam) and/or high-heat self-clean (door locks, some smoke normal), ThinQ Wi-Fi on smart builds.
- Size and networking46.5 x 29.88 x 28.88 in (H x W x D), with Wi-Fi and the ThinQ app. It comes in stainless and black stainless finishes.
- Telling it from the 6323The LREL6325 is a freestanding electric range with the same radiant top and oven layout as the neighboring 6323, with a different control panel and finish. The parts, the manual and most of the faults carry across, so a repair guide written for one helps with the other, but check the model on the label before ordering any part.
- The warming zone and the bridge elementA range of this type has a bridge element that joins two zones for an oblong pan and a warming zone for keeping food hot. A zone that heats only partly may be on its bridge setting or its warming setting, so check the control before suspecting a fault.
- Cleaning the glass topWipe the top while it is cool with a ceramic cleaner and a soft cloth. A razor scraper at a low angle lifts burnt-on sugar, and a cleaner left to dry on the glass leaves a white haze that is removed with a second wipe.

Questions that only have an answer for the LG range or oven
My LG LREL6325 oven isn't heating evenly.+
LG's ProBake convection heats from a rear element with a fan for even results, so first make sure you are using the convection mode for multi-rack baking and that the rear fan is not blocked. Uneven baking on the standard mode can be normal oven hot spots — rotate pans. If one part never heats, the bake or convection element may be failing. Also confirm you preheated fully; the smoothtop cooktop is separate from oven heating.
