Roborock robot vacuum codes

Roborock vacuums report faults through the app and with numbered voice alerts. Typical ones are a stuck wheel, a blocked brush, a cliff sensor reading and a dust bin problem. Empty and clean the bin and filter, free the main brush of hair, wipe the cliff and wall sensors and check the wheels turn. Update the firmware in the app; many navigation faults follow an outdated map or firmware.

Roborock robot vacuums announce their errors by voice and in the app, and many are physical: a wheel or brush jammed with hair, a sensor that needs wiping, a full bin or a missing filter. A robot that says it cannot find its dock needs the dock cleared of obstacles and plugged in, one that will not charge needs the contacts cleaned and a laser sensor error often clears when the robot is lifted and set down again.

Open the app to see the exact message and its history, and update the firmware, which fixes many mapping and navigation faults. Clean the brushes, wheels, cliff sensors and filter on the schedule in the manual. Battery, motor and laser faults that remain after cleaning are covered by the warranty or a service center.

Why does my Roborock say a sensor is dirty?

Dust over a cliff or wall sensor can confuse it. Wipe the sensors with a dry soft cloth and try again.
